Bring the Palestinian band Reflection to Portugal

A collective of activists from Portugal supporting the liberation of Palestine is organizing a concert of the Palestinian band Reflection in Lisbon, at BOTA Anjos (Base Organizada da Toca das Artes) on the 22nd of September, at 9pm, followed by a discussion around the Palestinian struggle against the colonial project of Israel and current situation on the ground on the 23rd of September, at 5pm, in Espaço Alkantara.

Reflection was born in Aida Refugee Camp, in Bethlehem, Palestine, amongst the most tear-gassed community in the world. As a band of young female musicians, they've been exploring lyrics, composing, and performing together for the last few years. Through a collective creative process, they capture each girl's unique melodies and reflect the group's own realities as Palestinians, women, and youth.

We need around 2500€ to cover all the logistics needed for the production of these two events. This includes (estimate):

Um coletivo português de ativistas que trabalham pela libertação da Palestina está a organizar um concerto da banda palestiniana Reflection em Lisboa, no BOTA Anjos (Base Organizada da Toca das Artes), no dia 22 de setembro, pelas 21h00, seguido de uma discussão sobre a resistência palestiniana contra o projeto colonial do apartheid israelita e a atual situação no terreno, que acontecerá no dia 23 de setembro, às 17h00, no Espaço Alkantara.

Reflection nasceu no Campo de Refugiados de Aida, em Belém, na Palestina, entre a comunidade que é o maior alvo de gás lacrimogéneo do mundo. Uma banda de jovens músicas, que têm vindo a explorar letras, a compor e a atuar juntas há vários anos. Através de um processo criativo coletivo, que capta as melodias únicas de cada uma, a música reflete a sua condição enquanto jovens, mulheres e palestinianas.

Precisamos de cerca de 2500€ para cobrir todos os custos logísticos referentes à produção destes dois eventos. Este valor inclui (estimativas):
