Bring the Bus Back for Project Genesis

When I was living and working in Guatemala, I had the opportunity to help an amazing non-profit called Project Genesis . At the end of this month, I will get to return and volunteer for a few days with two special friends.

Project Genesis serves over 100 children with programs in nutrition, vocational training, education, and provides healthcare when funding is available. After speaking with the project director, one of the main areas of need at this moment in time, is paying the insurance for the school bus, along with a few major repairs. The bus is currently out of service causing the children to have to walk miles by themselves to the project, which is not safe.

It would be the coolest thing if WE could get this bus up and running again!

I have set the goal amount as $3,500. However, this may or may not cover the total cost for the insurance and repairs. If the total cost does not add up to $3,500, any/all remaining money will go directly to the project. If we are able to exceed this goal, that would be a dream come true!
