Bring Tess Home: Fund a Private Investigator

My daughter Tess ran away from home on Dec 3rd, 2024, in Wichita, KS. She is 16 years old and possibly all alone or staying with a friend she could have met online. When she left, she left a runaway letter stating her reasons for leaving.

The police were notified, but they will not do anything because she left on her own free will. So we would like to take this matter into our own hands. We would like to hire a private investigator, but we are a single-income family and can’t afford it. We are tired of just sitting by, waiting for any kind of news that she is okay or just even still breathing.

Tessie is one of the sweetest and most caring girls I have ever known. Never in a million years did I think she would run away or even be gone for almost 8 months. I honestly have no clue how we are even making it day to day not knowing where our only daughter lays her head.

To top all of this off, her grandmother (my mom) died very suddenly and unexpectedly a month after she ran away. Maybe from a broken heart, but nobody will ever know for sure. We have no idea if Tess even knows that she has passed. We all have a gigantic hole in our hearts and miss her so much.
