Who We Are

Maine Legends FC is a semi-professional soccer club competing in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL), National Division 1. Our mission is to provide opportunities for young athletes to grow, while using soccer as a tool for unity, inclusion, and community development in Maine.

Why We Are Raising Funds

We are rallying together as a club and community to support our player, Malunda Destino (Tchikano), who has been detained by ICE. Destino is not only a talented athlete but also a teammate, role model, and friend. His absence has deeply affected our team. Even more, his pregnant girlfriend is left to face this difficult time alone.

Our United Effort

Project Relief is raising funds for Destino’s legal fees.
