Over the past two weeks, my sister and I had the privilege of volunteering at Sunrise Educare Center in Capricorn, Cape Town (South Africa).

During our time here, we were deeply moved by the strength and spirit of the children and staff. Their kindness, energy, and bright smiles made a lasting impact on us.

Despite facing incredibly challenging circumstances — including a lack of basic necessities like soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies — the children remain joyful, kind, and eager to learn.

We aim to raise $1,000 by June 28th, 2025 to help provide:

• Educational materials (books, stationery, workbooks)

• Hygiene supplies (soap, toilet paper, hand sanitizer)

• Classroom essentials (cleaning products, chairs, learning toys)

• Healthy snacks and meals

Every dollar will go directly to supporting the school and improving the daily lives of these amazing kids.
