Bring Savannah Back Home
Donation protected
First off let me introduce myself , my name is Angie I am the aunt of of this precious , smart , fun loving out going little girl named Savannah , and For the past seven years my brother and sister in law have been Savannah’s sole caretakers and providers, they have raised her to be a well rounded child ,assisted her with her homework ,prepared her healthy meals ,enrolled her in gymnastic classes and a private Christian school , and have ensured her active participation in church .. They have been her only parents she has known for 7 years ( she was 6 weeks when she was placed with them )because after Savannahs birth her biological mother left her in the hospital to deal with the effects of the drugs that she ingested during her pregnancy , and on October 11th , 2024 , the judge ruled that it would be in Savannah’s best interest to be raised by her biological mom , The department of child services pulled Savannah out of a school and away from the only family and friends that she has ever known. They drove her hours away to stay with the foster family until she could be acclimated with her biological mother who is a stranger to her. they have not been granted any visitation because the courts believe this would make the transition harder on Savannah its very ironic that their visitation with their daughter who they have loved and supported for the last seven years would not be in her best interest, however it is in Savannah’s best interest to be acclimated with her biological mother who abandoned her in the hospital, addicted to drugs, and never contributed anything to raising her………….
after spending over $250,000 in legal fees with the help of my sister in laws parents who have contributed their retirement funds , please help them get Savannah back ,by donating what you can to help them pay for legal bills so that they may continue this battle for their child. Their lawyers have been with them from the beginning, and they are continuing to represent them through their appeal, but they have exhausted all financial resources and need assistance to pay them to continue this fight …words cannot explain how grateful we are for any donation provided to get their daughter back! They are trying to keep their faith in God and remember that God is ultimately in control however, this is the most difficult experience that they have ever had to endure in their lifetime!!!!!
