My grandfather Rod has been missing for over 3 weeks now. He missed his and my grandmother's anniversary and my cousin's 18th birthday, one of the cousins he and my granny are parental guardians for.

My grandpa is a kind, amazing man. I haven't seen him in over 4 months myself though because I am an active duty Marine and had SOI and MOS schooling since January. Currently, I can't even help my granny in any way to find him. I even went up to where he went missing and can't find anything.

My goal is to reach enough money to hire a team of bounty hunters that will search for my grandpa day in and day out with any form of equipment, dogs, and anything they have to offer. I wouldn't be on GoFundMe if I could just ask the military to do so, but I can't. Sadly, I have to reach out to people online on every social media platform. Please, to anyone who reads this, any amount counts on the search to find my grandpa. We all want to find him or at least find closure to at least say goodbye.

It's been hard knowing this. It's been hard knowing my whole grandpa is missing. My grandpa is an amazing man, an amazing grandpa, and husband. He saw me graduate from basic training not even 6 months ago, and he was just getting to know my amazing wife. Now, I don't even think he'll be able to meet our children. I know deep down he's probably gone by now, but my family and especially my granny want some type of closure.

Please everyone, help my family like you would want help for your own in a situation like this, in a tragic event like this. I beg of every person who has feelings and a heart.
