Shine a light on the need for laughter and play

Carnival of Life Party is an invitation to cultivate your inner child, while helping children in need. We're raising money in aid of The Flying Seagull Project and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.

The Flying Seagull Project is a troupe of clowns, magicians, circus performers and musicians taking smiles to those in need, whether it is hospitals in the UK, in refugee camps in Greece and Eastern Europe or in Lebanon and India.

Our Carnival of Life Party is being held this month, March, 2025. We are hoping to bring together a group of local friends and their families to celebrate my 50th birthday and our new home on the Sunshine Coast.

We are asking our friends (near and far) to share this celebration of life and laughter and all the blessings we are grateful for. On this date we heartily welcome our very special guests, wonderful old friends from WA, Liz and Mark, who have journeyed by road to bring Gertrude WellEase and her Frock in Frock Out (FIFO) wardrobe event to Australia's East Coast.

Gertrude has been touring Australia with this fabulous, interactive installation, and we are delighted she is making a dog leg detour to visit us in Sunshine Coast. She has pledged to bring her wardrobe of shiny vibes and sunny antics, and we are very excited to host Gertrude's inaugural FIFO QLD gig.

A big thank you to Gertrude and to Robert Grant, who will be providing the music. Some uplifting and gypsy-folk accordion, for that genuine carnival feel.
