Hello everyone. We are currently trying to raise money to help my mom pay for an immigration lawyer to help my dad, Noe, get out of immigration custody. Unfortunately, on November 2nd, he was on his way to pick up material to be able to go to work. On his way there, he was stopped by a sheriff deputy for a driving infraction, which was only a civil offense. The sheriff who stopped him was racist and called ICE on him even though my dad is here with a work permit. They later got there and took him into custody and he has been there since. If you are able to donate anything, we would really appreciate it. Our family misses him more than anything and, is doing everything possible to get him back home with us.
