My name is Jesse Moses and I'm raising funds for a private investigator in an effort to find my daughter, Nevaeh. In October of 2024, my girlfriend, Riana, and I had a baby girl. She is almost 10 months old now and unfortunately has been taken by her mother, kidnapped. This is in violation of a court order that granted me full custody in April 2025. Now, I'm asking for your help in locating my daughter and Riana Santos-Vercelli.

In January of this year, my girlfriend was arrested for domestic violence in the presence of a child. As a result of the domestic violence incident and Riana's actions, I had to to take our daughter by ambulance to the local hospital. That same night, Riana was arrested. Riana's mom (our daughter's grandma) has a power of attorney of her daughter and because Riana and I did not a birth certificate for Nevaeh, the local authorities took Nevaeh to the grandma's house live until paternity could be established. With the help of my friends, I hired an attorney to obtain paternity and custody of our baby girl. Time went by and Riana's mom, Antolina A. Santos, who sometimes goes by "Amy", tried to fight for custody and attempted to remove the paternity and custody case from the local court and had it moved to Federal Court. This delayed any hearings for four months. Riana was released from jail during that time and would not follow the courts orders to obtain paternity. Months went by before the case was remanded back to the local court. In April, one week after Easter, I was granted paternity and full custody of our little girl, Nevaeh. I was elated.

Once I had full custody I began working with the local Sheriff's office in effort to make arrangements to pick up my daughter from the grandma's house where she had been staying with her mom since Riana was released from jail. At some point during the week I was granted custody, Riana fled with Nevaeh and has not been able to be located. Riana has a felony charge pending for custodial interference and a warrant for her arrest. She also has ten other warrants out of Boise, Idaho and a long list of previous domestic violence and criminal charges in Blaine County. She continues to evade authorities and we aren't certain of her whereabouts but have a few potential leads that we would like to pursue. The authorities and I have reason to believe Riana and my daughter may be in the Boise area, however she does have family in Michigan. Riana has taken steps to go off-grid, making it difficult to locate them. I'm deeply concerned about my daughter's health and safety and police are limited in what they can do outside of their jurisdiction. We have asked for an Amber Alert but have been told this case does not meet the Amber Alert criteria.

Time is passing by and I feel my hands are tied and need to hire a private investigator/s so I can bring Nevaeh home. With your help and generosity we can make this possible.
