Nurture & Nature Children’s Center is a nonprofit early childhood center serving families across the New Hampshire and Maine Seacoast for nearly 30 years. Our mission has always been simple and powerful: to give children a warm, safe, and nurturing place to learn, explore, and grow through nature-based, play-driven experiences.

Recently, the land surrounding our current location was significantly cleared by the property owners, stripping away much of the natural environment that has been central to who we are. While this loss has been devastating for our children, teachers, and families, it has also clarified our path forward.

We are launching this GoFundMe to support Nurture & Nature’s future — a permanent new home in Kensington, NH , where we can rebuild the nature-rich environment our program is known for and continue providing high-quality, nature-based childcare to families across the Seacoast for generations to come.

Your contribution will help us:

• Build and prepare our new center in Kensington, NH

• Create outdoor learning and play spaces rooted in nature

• Ensure long-term stability for our nonprofit children’s center

• Preserve our legacy of nature-based education for future families

Our goal is to raise $200,000 to allow us to transition to the new center in the fall of 2026. Every dollar raised beyond that initial goal will allow Nurture and Nature to fine-tune the building and location to further embrace the centers core mission and values that are the driving force behind the schools program
