My wife Mary and I are trying to help our daughter to come to New York from Arizona. Mary and I are disabled and miss our family. They're at-risk of being homeless at the end of the month and want them to come home before they are put out onto the streets. An upstairs 3 BR Apt is available and if we can bring them home, we'd be a one family home again.

Our landlord is willing to wait and rent them the upstairs, but can't hold it to long. I started a successful Non Profit in Richmond California for ten years called, "Straight Talk On Prison (S.T.O.P. Program) helping to graduate 400 dropouts and gang members to get out of that world and make better choices for a better quality of life, instead of looking over their shoulders and dodging bullets, several of our students unfortunately died at the hands of rival gang members, we know what it means to give back, but now we find ourselves on the other side of the coin. We lack the resources to help them to pay for a truck, gas, and plane tickets to fly the four children, two who are autistic. It would be hard to put them all in the truck and go across the country. This goal can only be fulfilled with your help. This would help the adults to focus on driving. They also need to pay the first month's rent and security deposit and face the prospect of being evicted at the end of the month. We have prayed for a Christmas miracle and our prayers could be answered with your help, allowing us to be a family again. All our children live out west and Mary and I came to New York due to my health, having them here would help us make our family whole again. Mary suffers from depression, and being alone, yearning for their laughter and watching them grow would prove to be very helpful for all of the family. The children would help create a strong bond and also help keep them safe from the uncertainty of what can befall them on the streets.
