Hello Friends and family of Avis Rodney

Avis is the landmark of all our families, whether blood related or not, she is always there right beside you to help in any way or just simply get a good laugh to relieve any of your tensions.

Avis and her new husband, Marlon, have run into an unforeseen situation and they need our help. Avis has always been at our side during times of need and now it’s our turn to show our love for her and Marlon.

Marlon recently went through all the trials and tribulations of getting to Canada to be with his wife, a very challenging and costly effort. Marlon gave up his career as a Police officer to come to Canada to be with his new wife.

Several weeks ago, Marlon found out that his mother in Jamaica was in the hospital and required life saving surgery. For the surgery to take place they were required to pay upfront, and as any dedicated son would do, Marlon flew to Jamaica to cover the surgery cost and remain by her side. Mom did well in the surgery and is recovering. This unforeseen cost has made a dent and we are hoping we can come together and help alleviate some of the burden.
