Bring Lillian back home

Hello everyone,

My name is Carina Kuhn and a momma to two beautiful girls. My oldest daughter, Lillian, resides with her father. On December 6, 2023, Lillian’s father filed for sole custody to take my legal rights away as her mother. I didn’t receive the paperwork for court until January 23, 2024 notifying me that court will be on February 6th. I filed for primary physical custody with joint legal custody as our daughter deserves both parents involved as much as possible. It’s unfortunate that parental manipulation has been happening non stop since he has been awarded custody in 2018. I will not speak about what has happened as I’m saving it for court for the judge to listen to. I have worked hard to continue to give the best life for my children, however, I was not expecting this custody case to arise and especially with less than two weeks notice. I am currently looking for a lawyer and found one that I think would fight for my rights as her mother and for the best interest of Lillian. I’m hoping and praying that God will help during this trial and have faith things will go the way it is supposed to go for Lillian. The retainer fee for the lawyer is 4000 dollars and unfortunately I do not feel comfortable representing myself. If you know me and my relationship with my children, you know how much they mean to me. How much I put them before I put myself as parents should. Please help me fight for my daughter to come back home where she should have been all along.
