Bring Lazlo the Great Back Home to Indiana Beach

In February we found out the sad news that Indiana Beach Amusement & Water Park Resort was closing permanently. Then a miracle happened. The Beach was sold to a new owner who is planning to re-open this summer!

However, shortly after the announcement of the park's closure, some iconic pieces of Indiana Beach history were sold off by the previous owners. Lazlo the Great was one of the victims of those sales.

Lazlo has been a staple on the Indiana Beach Boardwalk for decades and amused young and old alike with sarcastic, comedic fortune telling. He was a unique fixture and needs to come home to entertain people for years to come!

Lazlo has been located and we are working to acquire him and bring him home to Indiana Beach. Our aim for this campaign is to raise the funds to purchase him, pay for shipping, and hopefully pay for refurbishment to bring him back to his former wise-cracking glory. He will be donated to the park.

We are not affiliated with Indiana Beach. We are just a group of folks who love the unique charm of this almost century old vacation getaway and want to help maintain the history, charm, and atmosphere that only Indiana Beach can provide.
