My name is Stephanie Coleman, and I am the mother of Missing Kylie Olivia Arellano.

Kylie went missing on 5/29/2025 at 9:52 pm from Garden City, UT, without a single trace and absolutely no communication since. Law enforcement is refusing to take her disappearance seriously, telling locals, “Kylie is bipolar,” “she was upset with her mom, and will come home when she calms down.” No warrants on her accounts that we have been made aware of till this day, 10-27-25. They want solid evidence of a crime.

Kylie was your typical 15 y/o whose summer had just started, waiting for her summer employment to start so she could get her permit to learn how to drive and purchase her first car, so she could be ready to get her license at 16. Something was wrong. Kylie was gone. Her favorite jacket was left on the side of the driveway, her phone's last known location was less than 300 ft from home, all calls going straight to voicemail, and texts not being delivered. We are now at 150 days of silence and not knowing the whereabouts of my baby girl. Local law enforcement has her marked as a runaway, despite the information that shows concern of grooming, blackmailing, and harassment from people she met on social media and server platforms.

Kylie is now 16 and has missed her first day of 10th grade, Homecoming, her 16th birthday, her babysitter’s 13th birthday, and so much more. I have spent 150 days turning every rock, knocking on every door, going to every business trying to get video footage of my baby girl. A teenager doesn’t just vanish without a trace. I am creating this GoFundMe in hopes I can raise enough money to hire an attorney and help fight for Kylie’s civil rights, and hopefully get some movement on search efforts and changing her status from “Runaway” to “MISSING ENDANGERED AT RISK” teen.

Funds will be used as follows:

* Hire a GOOD attorney to ensure Kylie’s rights are being protected and to ensure federal and state protocols will be followed, get warrants after 5 months!

* To raise the reward for the tip and/or information that leads to the location and recovery of Kylie.

* Flyers/Advertising Kylie’s info (window decals of Kylie’s info a lot have asked for)

* Travel expenses (I will be going above and beyond to find anyone and everyone willing to help me find Kylie and stop this from happening to others in the future)
