I am a 57 year old man, a dad, a husband, a proud American and I always put God first...

I come from a family of veterans and I myself have been an honest and hard working man, my whole life until I unfortunately broke my back in 2014

I have been a single dad for about 10 years to 3 amazing children, who unfortunately was left by their mom.

In 2022 I met a Danish woman and we fell deeply in love, in September 2023, we got married and she has been helping me raise my kids, like they were her own. They call her mom and nobody would be able to tell, by looking that she did not give birth to them.

My wife came here under the Visa Waiver program (ESTA) and always being a law abiding citizen, she asked about the rules and was told that she is free to travel to and from the United States, as long as she didn't stay any longer than 90 days, at a time. She never did. Furthermore we were informed that there were no said rules about, how long you had to stay out of the country...

Besides from her or us, traveling to Europe every 80-some days, we was told to fill out a K1 form, which we did and were waiting on an answer from. 

She brought her own money and contributed to everything here.

On January 1 of this year, we traveled to Denmark together, to leave as the rules applied and to spend time with her family. On January 8th, going back to the United States, via Toronto, Canada - my wife was denied access with a Mrs Xxx leading us into immigration followed by a very unpleasant experience and treatment by an Officer Xxx.

My wife was treated like a common criminal, not being ask, but being told. He told her that, our kids would be fine without her, which is definitely not the truth. I have 3 kids whom I have to console, every single day. My teenage daughters, needs their mom. This whole thing has shaken up, a whole family and with absolutely, no reason.

My wife is the most genuine, supportive, caring, loving, nurturing and loving woman, that I’ve ever met. She has wanted nothing but to be a mother, her whole life and we went to Europe with a positive pregnancy test, which she has prayed for, her whole life - but because of what happened - that child, will never come to be…

Neither her, nor the kids deserves this.

She speaks the English language, fluently and communicates, flawlessly.

If someone can help us with some kind of legal aid, or money for such, we would be eternally grateful. We are more than capable of taking care of ourselves and our children, on a monthly basis however, these VISA fees etc, is draining us…
