Hello, my name is Jessica. The man in the photograph is my husband, Justin. Together, we have 3 wonderful children and have built a life together.

On 10/18/2025, our lives took a devastating turn when Justin went to leave for work and was met by a police officer sitting in his cruiser, waiting to arrest him on the basis that he was “accidentally released.” Our little boy had to see his father in the back of a police car as we said our goodbyes. Justin is currently being lodged at Franklin County Regional Jail with no court date or bond, booked under a parole violation (which he did not commit).

The only way to get any answers or resolve is to get him in front of a judge, and I cannot do anything without the money for a retainer. Since we are currently a one-income household, all the money that I make goes to bills and feeding our children. This entire situation has been incredibly stressful and heartbreaking. I miss my husband so much, and my children just want their dad home.
