The holiday season is a time of giving, love, and togetherness. But for many underserved children, single mothers, and other marginalized and forgotten members of the community, they are sometimes overlooked during the holidays; which, in itself can also be a time of stress and hardship. That’s why, New Beginning Faith International Ministry is launching a fundraising campaign to raise $5,500, to take a group of children, parents, single mothers and other members of the community on a Winter Wonderland outing to the Grove, on Sunday, December 22, 2024.

Many of our children, parents, single mothers and community members come from marginalized communities, and often circumstances prevent them from experiencing the excitement of seeing and playing in a snow-flaked arena. This holiday outing will be a fun-filled day of food, watching Christmas movies like Polar Express on the bus to our destination, and gifts. The grand event will be enjoying the new Lion King movie, “Mufasa,” at the theatre.

Proceeds raised will be used for a charter bus, holiday luncheon, gifts for the children and their parents, as well as movie snacks and a commemorative T-shirt.
