My name is Dayna, and if we haven’t met yet, I’m lucky to call Matt and Nia my best friends — though by now, they truly feel like family.

I think I speak for many of us when I say that over the past five years, Matt and Nia have shown up for all of us. They’ve celebrated our weddings, gender reveals, baby showers, birthdays and so much more. They’ve poured their love and support into their people—always selfless, always present.

All the while, they’ve quietly and courageously faced their own journey to start a family. After several unsuccessful IUI attempts, they turned to IVF with hope. Nia was added to Matthew’s insurance, and their initial testing looked promising. But just as they were preparing to begin, they were hit with unexpected news: the insurance coverage won’t be available until 2026.

Despite the heartbreak, Matt and Nia continue to show up for others — never asking for anything in return.

Now, it’s our turn to show up for them.

I’ve created this as a way to help relieve even a portion of the financial burden IVF brings. If you know and love these two, then you know they’ll be the most incredible parents. They’ve been there for all of us — now let’s rally for them.

As a surprise, I’m planning a joint birthday celebration for Matt and Nia this September, where we’ll present them with whatever is raised here. They have no idea about this, so please keep it a secret!
