Hi!

My name is Mariah Christian. I’m originally from Atlanta and now live in Los Angeles. Growing up, my mom taught my sisters and me the importance of giving back, which is something that I’ve carried with me into adulthood.

Having my birthday during the holiday season (December 26th) has always reminded me how much we receive, and how much more meaningful it can be to give back. In 2022, I was inspired to start a gift drive to support children and families who could use a little extra love during the holiday season.

As we head into year four, I’m excited to bring this project back with a new name: Project TwentySix. With the support of my generous community, this drive has raised over $3,000 worth of gifts since it began.

All donations this year will go towards purchasing Christmas gifts for youth in the Los Angeles area, which will be donated to Wayfinder Family Services–a nonprofit based in LA that provides a wide range of trauma-informed services to children, youth, and adults. My goal is to help ease some of the financial burden that families experience during the holidays, and bring a little joy to children who deserve it.
