Some of you already know that I am trying to move down to Maryland with my dad because it will be more supportive and overall better place for me. For me to move we need to go to court to change the current custody order. That requires a lawyer which requires money, which sadly we don't have. We will gladly accept any donations and anything helps!

I know they say to keep these short but I feel it's not enough.
My name is Kristy and I am Jordyn's Step Mom.  Jordyn has been a part of my life since age 3, and her real mother came back into her life at 4 1/2.  Long story short Jordyn went to live with her mother at age 8 with a bunch of promises that "the grass will be greener on the other side".  
On father's day morning Jordyn was found unconscious on her mother's back porch and was taken to their area hospital. She had a blood alcohol content of .416 and we were lucky that we didn't loose her.   Since then Jordyn has been asking to come live with us.  She has shared with us many other reasons for concern but can't share on here.  Jordyn has made some wonderful friends in Maryland the past few summers, friends that care about her enough not to walk away when she needs them the most.  Please help if you can or Send Prayers and Share!
