Bring Jerry's kids back together

For half a century, the Muscular Dystrophy Association has been making smiles and creating memories with it's MDA Summer Camp. Starting from the age of six; It was the first time I had left home and everyone was nervous. I was instantly hooked and went year after year, making friends and memories that I have to this day and will never forget. Camp is for the campers and a camper's worst day is their last day that they're allowed in. Unfortunately, there is an age limit and even though you still keep in contact with some people from camp, you drift apart, people get sicker and they die. The memory lives on and that's why a group of select counselors, camp graduates, former MDA staff, and myself have teamed up to create a quarter of a day event in a more adult oriented space for those who used to attend and loved every minute of camp. We'll get together and swap old stories, remember the fallen, see how everyone's lives have gone, and bring some artifacts of camp's past. All of this while being treated to Margaritas, cervesas, salsas, tex mex food, and a fine summer camp themed cake. This of course is not cheap and any money, people donate would decrease the burden on me, because right now I'm the only one set to pay and I don't know if I can as it is a moderate expense when I already have to spend more than I can. I'm just passionate about this and want it to happen, because I know it will be a great thing that will for sure succeed with your support. So, will everyone join me in making this MD(A) summer camp family reunion for the southwest region Texas into a smashing success.
