Bring Jaxton and Kendall Home

Donation protected

It has been over 2 years since anyone in my family has seen my nephew Jaxton  and niece Kendall. Their father, my brother, has been working tirelessly to fight for his parental rights and has repeatedly been denied. Their mother has not let him see or even speak to his children, and it has been over a year that anyone in our family has been able to contact her. We’ve been worried and missing them for months and amidst the current pandemic, our concern has only heightened. My family has taken every avenue to try and right this wrong,  but to no avail.

The documentary that my brother released 8 months ago is the best explanation of this cruel turn of events, but it doesn't include the most recent developments. Josh tried to have his custody order registered in North Carolina, but since Rebecca couldn't be found, she couldn't be served.  We got in touch with the Police Captain and he was helpful and understanding. He told us that once the custody order was received and on file, even though it wasn't registered, it could be enforced, and once located,  the kids could be returned.  In preparation, our mother went down to North Carolina and has been there for 2 weeks, waiting for the call to pick up the kids. But when they were finally able to locate Rebecca, she had a restraining order...against our entire family. She claimed my brother has been harassing and stalking her, and her order prohibits any of us from all forms of contact, any information on their whereabouts or well-being, and even states that we cannot post any photos of the kids on social media. Her claims were completely fabricated, but her order was still granted...and trumps his custody order.

Josh once again has to hire a lawyer, to try and overturn her false restraining order. As soon as this is done, the custody order can be enforced. This is where he needs your help. My brother is a determined,  intelligent, and capable man. He is a loving and deserving father. He may not ask for your help, but I will.
Josh has already spent over $25,000  in an effort to get his children back. He now needs $7500 to retain a lawyer in North Carolina, and once we can get the kids, he will need help getting himself and them to NY, and eventually home to Hawaii. Any donation to help him with legal fees and potential transportation fees, is greatly appreciated. Hopefully, this is the final hurdle.

Help us reunite a father with his kids. Help us bring Jaxton and Kendall home.

With love,

Martina
