Bring Jairo Back: A Husband's Love

Donation protected
I’m raising funds for my Husband Jairo who was detained by immigration and now is in Texas detained. On March 7th I had a strong fever I suffer from epilepsy my husband made the decision to drive to the pharmacy to get some medicine to try to stop my fever so that I won’t have an episode as I had had a bad seizure a week prior. He was stopped by police and taken to county jail after paying a fine he was taken by ICE to immigration detention where they send him to Miami and now have him in Texas. My husband has a bond hearing today and was denied bond which he was shocked and scared because they thought he would be flight risk when he explained we have begun to start our I-130 process and he plans to be home with me taking care of me as he has always been. Unfortunately last week I had to be connected to a machine to monitor my seizures as I have gotten repeated episodes and my husband fear is him getting deported and not being here home with me taking care of me due to my seizures and go through our process together. We make a year married on May 30th 2025 and I would of never expected for our first year of marriage to be like this. My husband from Venezuela and is a very loving man he loves kids always loves helping people everywhere we go whether it’s the supermarket or a shopping store he always helping someone with their bags or carrying things for them. He has a great personality always makes me laugh he loves kids we spoke about adopting or having kids of our own before he was detained. I’m asking for help because having gone through these seizures and now with all that is going on I’ve had to take care of household by myself and have had to work a little less due to being sick. I’m asking for help to help him get the immigration services he needs to fight this and so that he can get a bond and possibly be bonded out so he can come home and we can be home together and continue fighting together and so we can continue our family petition immigration process here at home. Any help is grateful and I thank you all for taking the time in reading my husband and my story.
