We're the Meekers and here is our story

My name is Kendra. My husband ( Jonathan) and I met in 2017 and have been best friends ever since. We currently have two fur-babies: Gus, and Darla. We've been trying to grow our family since 2019 with no luck. Which was probably a blessing in disguise. I have some medical issues that prevent us from having a child so our dreams of having a baby seemed to disappear. Until recently, we had lost hope that we would have a family. Then we looked into adoption. Suddenly a new spark ignited and that dream came back to life. Making the decision to adopt has made both of us so excited and hopeful. Even our fur-babies are excited for a new addition. Unfortunately, adoption is NOT cheap. But we are not giving up hope! Instead, we are reaching out to our friends, family, and community for support. Any contribution to help us become a family would mean the world to us.
