Hello! We are the ESVA Freedom Starters. This will be our 11th Christmas season that we have been providing joy and hope to those in the care of the Eastern Shore Coalition Against Domestic Violence. ESCADV is the only domestic violence shelter on the entire Eastern Shore of Virginia. They support and advocate for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Throughout the year, they provide safety, shelter, counseling, meals, clothes... the list goes on and on. We are so proud to be able to help once a year by taking care of their Christmas Wishlist.

The money donated here will be used on our "Shop-A-Thon." This shopping trip allows us to take care of items on the wish lists that were not fulfilled through the virtual angel tree. If we have extra funds, those will be used to buy gift cards for the advocates to have on hand throughout the year (Walmart, Royal Farms, and Food Lion). We also tackle a needs list from the shelter, like paper towels, cleaning supplies, towels, and bed linens.
