Our Family’s Story

Hello, my name is Daniela, and I am going through one of the most difficult moments of my life.

My husband, Felipe Cerda Amores, was recently detained by ICE and is now in custody. As a family, we have spent nearly a decade fighting through the immigration process. Even though we have always followed the legal path, today we face an uncertain future and overwhelming expenses that we cannot cover on our own.

Felipe is a loving father, husband, and a hardworking man who has always been committed to his family and his community. Now, we need your support to:

Cover the legal costs of immigration representation.

Ensure Felipe receives a fair defense in his case.

Keep our children and family together during this difficult time.

We also want to share that our family left Ecuador after facing targeted threats and harassment that put our safety at risk. Hola, mi nombre es Daniela y estoy pasando uno de los momentos más difíciles de mi vida.

Mi esposo, Felipe Cerda Amores, fue detenido recientemente por ICE y se encuentra bajo custodia. Como familia hemos pasado casi una década luchando con nuestro proceso migratorio. Aunque siempre hemos seguido el camino legal, hoy enfrentamos un momento incierto y lleno de gastos que no podemos cubrir solos.

Felipe es un padre, esposo y trabajador incansable, siempre comprometido con su familia y su comunidad. Ahora necesitamos tu apoyo para:
