We are J1 visa teachers (cultural exchange for teachers) here in Nebraska, USA. There are six of us who moved here last year to teach.

Yesterday (12/21) at 10:00 PM, 2 of our colleagues faced an unfortunate accident on their way to Colorado. A drunk driver hit them head on.

One suffered a minor injury but the latter is currently fighting for her life- she is in the Intensive Care Unit for she had miserable injuries in multiple body parts.

She has a fractured face and arm, her trachea is also affected, and a bleeding in her head was identified.

With this note, we are humbly asking for your benevolence- any monetary help, support, and mostly prayers.

We hope a good soul will be able to take care of her in the hospital as she prayerfully recover from this adversity.

We are hoping that you could help us bring her husband or any of her family members here in the US to look for her and provide assistance as she regains her strength to get back to work from this traumatic tragedy she is facing right now.

Update about how to transfer the funds to the recipient:

All of her immediate family is in the Philippines. The purpose of these funds is to help with everything about the medical concern and to help her family come in here to take care of her during the recovery process.

I am attaching the bank account details which are named “Nina’s Medical Expenses” All the expenses will be monitored through a statement bank and this will be given to the family concerned.

The bank name is mine since Saturnina/Nina cannot process it right now because she is still in the INTENSIVE CARE UNIT.

But, her name and her husband's name are under the beneficiary of this bank account.
