My name is Daniela. I am creating this on behalf of my cousins, Cristal, Tania, Natalie, and Kevin. They are going through a tough time right now. We are very heartbroken to share that both Elvira and Ricardo Chavez have been detained by ICE.

As many of you know, Ricardo and Elvira have a business and are very hardworking. They both have worked so hard to build a better future for their children. Unfortunately, legal representation and filing fees are extremely expensive, and right now, their family is overwhelmed — emotionally and financially.

Ricardo is a loving husband to Elvira. They are both an important part of our family and community. We are doing everything we can to fight for their release and keep our family together, but we can't do it alone.

We are asking for your help — any amount you can give will go directly toward legal fees to fight for their freedom and help bring them home.
