My name is Reina Hernandez. My husband, Edwin, was taken into ICE custody on September 12, 2025, and he is now being held at the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma, WA.

This has been very hard on our family. Edwin means everything to us, and we just want him home where he belongs.

I’ve spoken with a lawyer who can take his case, but the cost is very high—$13,000 for the legal fees, plus travel expenses that I will cover myself. I’ve already been able to gather some support, but I still need help reaching the full amount.
