I am asking for your help to bring CJ home. My grandson was taken by his mother and fled to the state of Virginia.

CJ has been with his dad, Christopher, since he was 5 years old and is 10 today.

CJ was to start school today and was so looking forward to being in the 5th grade. He is a star athlete for the Guadalupe Bulldogs and exceptional in baseball. On Tuesday, the 6th of August, all that was taken away from him by his mother who very rarely participated or helped with all CJ's activities in any way. His father is his sole provider and support, besides all of us, myself, grandma, and great grandma

Today marks a week that his dad, Christopher, has not been able to communicate with his son or see him.

He has been here in California for 7 years and is loved by his family, teachers, coaches, teammates, and friends.

So, in order to get him home back to Christopher Sr., who is now in Virginia fighting for his son, he needs legal help to file the proper orders.

Financially, the retainer is $2500.00 to get the court orders processed over to California and needs to be done immediately.
