As I sit down to write this, my heart is overflowing with emotion. I'm thinking of my beautiful baby girl, Charli, and the precious moments we're missing out on. I miss her so much, and as a mother, there's nothing more painful than being ripped apart from your child. But I'm not just fighting for our reunion – I'm fighting for Charli's happiness, her well-being, and her future.

Charli is more than just a child – she's a shining light in my life. She's the reason I get up every morning, the reason I keep pushing forward, and the reason I refuse to give up. Despite the challenges we've faced, I've worked tirelessly to get my life back on track. I've been clean for 3 months, and every negative drug test is a testament to my dedication to recovery. I have a lawyer but he's court appointed, and everyone knows how that is. They don't fight for you they are all in it together. DHR keeps doing me dirty on so many levels, feels like I'm just spinning my wheels, and I can't fight this without your help. I need these funds to get a lawyer that's gonna fight for Charli and I.

And the truth is, I've only seen Charli for a total of about 9 hours since DHR took her from me. The little time I do get with her is precious, but it's not enough. Currently, I'm only allowed 1.5 hours a week with her, and even that is often cut short due to circumstances beyond my control, like DHR being late or Charli being sick. It's unfair that I'm held to a different standard, where being 15 minutes late means I don't get to see my daughter, while DHR can be late or unresponsive without consequence. It's heartbreaking to see my daughter and then have to leave her again, And to see the expression on her face looking at me wondering why she can't go home with me, and I knowing it could be days or weeks before I get to see her again.
