Help Bring Carlos Home — A Loving Father and Husband

Hi everyone,

My name is Anali, and I’m organizing this GoFundMe on behalf of my brother-in-law, Carlos — a kind, hardworking man, a devoted father of five beautiful children, and a loving partner to my sister.

Last night, Carlos was pulled over for a simple traffic infraction — something as small as not using a turn signal. That moment completely changed everything for his family. When officers ran his name, they found an old bench warrant and took him into custody.

He’s worked tirelessly to provide for his family, never asking for help, always doing his best to make sure his kids were taken care of and his family was safe. He is the kind of person who would give you his last dollar if you needed it.

Now, his family is struggling — emotionally, mentally, and financially. My sister and their three children who are 8, 1 and 7 months old, depend on Carlos completely; he was their sole provider, and without him, it’s going to be incredibly hard to make ends meet.

We are raising money to hire a criminal defense attorney to fight for his release. Every dollar raised will go directly toward his legal defense & and basic needs for the children while he’s detained.

This is not just a legal battle — it’s a fight for a father’s right to stay with his children, for a husband’s chance to come home, and for a man who’s given his whole heart to his family and community.
