He dug through old records, found a booking photo, and unearthed a years-old warrant related to a suspended license from another state - a case from over seven years ago. On June 30, Carlos was arrested at our doorstep. ICE placed a hold on him. He didn't even get to say goodbye. Carlos is now in custody without access to proper medical care.
