As some of you guys know Daniel has been fighting a termination of gaurdianship case against a non related party. About a month ago his attorney Rachel Reagan-Purschke posted about how people are attacking her an trying to get her bar license suspended, this morning all of her clients received the email we all dreaded to get, shes been temporarily suspended until further notice. Im setting up this go fund me account to help my boyfriend possibly come up with the money for a new retainer for a new lawyer, Rachel is suspended so now he has no lawyer fighting for him or his child. The person he has been fighting for 3 years is a day care lady, shes not related in anyway shape or form, she has his daughter calling her mom an none of this should be happening, her an her attorney has drug this case on for 3 and a half long years an hes 17,000$ deep in legal fees that he just lost every dime an his attorney. If you could find it in your heart to help a dad fight for his daughter I would greatly appreciate it. If you know Daniel you know Brinley is his world, and that he is an amazing father to her an my children an deserves this. Brinley should be home with her daddy an her step sisters an not with this day care provider being lied to an being made to think this woman is her mother.

4 years ago Daniel was headed to prison for a 120 treatment at that time he signed over gaurdianship to his mother an step father, 3 days after he got out of that 120 his mother passed away. His step dad signed over Daniel's mother part of gaurdianship to this lady with out Daniel's knowledge an he did it silently. Daniel was clean an doing very well for himself at this time he was never notified once he found out what had happened he filed for termination of gaurdianship an every since then he has been fighting tooth an nail thousands an thousands of dollars later he finally got visits thursday to Monday so now we have Brinley majority of the time. But thats not good enough for him! He wants Brinley to be with him full time. Where she deserves to be. This other party has made DCFS call after DCFS call, lie after lie against him to try an stop the visits nothing has worked. Thank god!
