As many of you know, Precious Laramie baby was born to Cassie and Jed Scott April 9 at CU Denver and was promptly moved to the NICU, where he remains today. Upon birth, Laramie showed signs of a critical heart valve issue, trouble eating, low stamina, and was put on oxygen.
Laramie is currently at the Children’s Hospital NICU where he underwent a heart catheter Monday morning to balloon his heart valve and had a second surgery Tuesday to put in a semi-permanent feeding-tube into his abdomen. He has already endured much during his first few weeks of life. Open heart surgery and genetic testing lies ahead.
With hotels and the Ronald McDonald house currently closed, Cassie and Jed commute back and forth daily between baby Laramie in Denver and home in Ft. Collins with their other darling young boys, Trig and Pierce. Any support toward current and future medical bills, travel expenses, and medical supplies once he is released home would be a tremendous blessing. Please lift the Scott Family up in love and pray for comfort and peace during this difficult wait.
