Bring Art & Dance for Wellbeing to Portsmouth

Hello lovely people,

Myy name is Sally Zurita and I am the founder of Bailando with Sally a new project born from my passion for dance, wellbeing, mental health awareness, inclusion through art and movement. Together with our artistic branch Alchemy of Art, we are organising our first community workshop on:

️22nd November 

The Green House in Victoria Park, Portsmouth 

(11am – 2pm).

This will be a 3-hour artistic journey where the Portsmouth community will:

Dance, paint, sing, and play instruments.

Discover how art can nurture mental and emotional wellbeing in a logical and accessible way.

Explore creativity as a tool to release emotions, reconnect with themselves, and enjoy the freedom of expression.

Our dream is to create a safe and inclusive space where everyone feels welcome and where art becomes a bridge that connects us beyond cultures, languages, or backgrounds.

This workshop is just the beginning. We want to bring more events to Portsmouth, UK and, in the future, expand online so people around the world can experience the joy, connection, and healing power of movement and art.

But to make this vision possible, we need your support.
