Indy's Tiny House Village for those without Homes

We are Circle City Villages and we hope to bring a tiny home village to Indianapolis for those experiencing homelessness. We believe in the power of community and the healing it can bring to those experiencing even the toughest of situations in their lives.

We already have our location on the Southwest side at 1318 S. Lynhurst Dr.  These funds will allow us to prepare the property for our future men and women! In anticipation of the building phase, in our 5 year plan, of up to 28 tiny home units of approximately 300 square feet each. We will be looking to start the zoning process with the City of Indianapolis next month (later February).
