For 12 years, our community has come together to support children in need during the holiday season in Manatee County. Each year, the need grows, and more families find themselves struggling to provide even the basics for their children. Many are living paycheck to paycheck, some are sleeping in cars or motels, and others are sharing crowded spaces just to have a roof over their heads. The stories we hear from Manatee County Title 1 Elementary schools are humbling and heartbreaking, but they also inspire hope and action.

This fundraiser is dedicated to making Christmas brighter for these children. Their holiday wishes are simple: underwear, socks, jackets, shoes, school uniforms, and basic toys like Barbies, balls, Legos, coloring books, and hair accessories. These are items that many of us might take for granted, but for these children, they mean the world. By coming together, we can lift the burden from parents who are doing everything they can to provide for their families and bring smiles to children who deserve joy and comfort during the holidays.

Santa, to me, represents kindness without expectation—a chance to give joy, smiles, love, and hope.
