Please help us move in to this beautiful shelter so we can step up for our neighbors facing homelessness!
If you live in Carbon County, you've seen the headlines. Homeless encampments are tucked away in many parts of our community, and there are simply not enough resources available to address the problem.
From our humble start as Operation Cold Front in a local church basement, only able to offer shelter from the winter cold, we have the opportunity to move in to a beautiful, well-equipped compound that would permit us to:
- Offer transitional housing for over 20 individuals & couples facing homelessness
- Host an emergency shelter during extreme weather conditions
- Utilize a commercial kitchen to feed our community
- Build greenhouses to create a sustainable, healthy environment
- Provide educational resources, job training, and more
