After completing a 6-week scaffolding training program in Calgary, two Indigenous men have officially been offered full-time jobs in Medicine Hat. This opportunity is more than just a job—it’s a second chance at life.

They've shown up every day, committed to learning the trade, and shared how this path gives them pride, purpose, and the chance to build a better future.

We're fundraising to help them with:
