We’re just a small group of locals — people who grew up in the same communities now being hit hardest by the EBT shutdown. We’ve been there before — we know what it feels like to worry about how to feed your family when the system fails you.
We’re not a big organization or charity. We’re neighbors, friends, and community members who decided to step up and help where we can. Every dollar raised goes directly toward groceries, food cards, and essentials for families in need.
This isn’t about politics — it’s about people taking care of each other when it matters most.
When the government shuts down, it doesn’t just pause paychecks — it freezes lives.
Right now, thousands of low-income families across the country are struggling because their EBT (food stamp) benefits were suddenly cut off. Many of these households rely on that support to feed their children, elders, and themselves every single day.
This fund was created to directly help those who lost access to food assistance during the shutdown. Every dollar raised will go toward grocery gift cards, meals, and emergency food packages for families who’ve reached out in need.
We’re prioritizing:
Single parents trying to keep food on the table
Seniors on fixed incomes
Families with young kids who suddenly have no safety net
Even small donations make a real impact:
• $10 can buy milk, bread, and eggs for a family
• $25 can help fill a pantry for a week
• $50+ can feed an entire household for several days
No one should have to wonder where their next meal will come from — especially because of a political stalemate they can’t control.
Let’s come together, show compassion, and bridge the gap until benefits are restored.
If you can’t donate, please share this campaign so others can.
