Bridge at Bittner Park - Eagle Scout Project

Construction starting July 14th - July 19th - Please help me reach my goal

Brief Summary:
For my Eagle Scout project, I will be constructing a 30' by 4' bridge to improve the Bittner Park trail system in Guilford, CT. This will be a pedestrian and mountain biker accessible bridge.

Description:
This project will involve the construction of a new bridge where there is currently no bridge. There will be platforms at each side of a 15' span over the water. The other 15' will be divided up with ramps to grade on both sides of the bridge.

Money/Funding:
All funds will go toward the construction of this bridge to ensure a long lasting bridge and to ensure the safety of the Bittner Park trail system.

Construction:
This project will start construction in late June through early July. This part of the trail will be closed; however, there will be a way for people using the trail to get by.
