THE USE VARIANCE BEING REQUESTED- HAS USE VARIANCE CONSEQUENCES FOR THE TOWN OF BRICK

The FELLOWSHIP CHAPEL located at 170 Duchess Lane has applied to the Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for a use variance in order to rent the existing Sunday school building on their property to a non-public school. Any school will be able to operate on a full time basis from morning to evening at least five days a week. The use variance, if granted, essentially will change the permitted use (R-10 Residential) of this property to allow a non-public school to operate there. Once that application is granted, that property can be rented to any other school which seeks to use the property without any further action being taken by the township.

The problem for ALL OF Brick is that this can happen anywhere! Everyone needs to pay attention to their neighborhood and Use variances that are being proposed!

There is already another use variance being requested in the Drum Point Road section for a storage facility on a similar piece of land.

We hired a LAWYER to protect & represent us. We need to hire experts-

We need $$$$ for the retainer as well as "office" costs such as printing, signs, etc.

And "Professional Experts".

IT IS ABOUT A USE VARIANCE THAT WILL CHANGE THE USE OF THE PROPERTY TO OPERATE A PRIVATE SCHOOL. THE LOCATION DOES NOT MEET THE CRITERIA TO OPERATE A SCHOOL. PERIOD.WE ALSO NEED AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE ATTEND THE NEXT MEETING TO FIGHT THIS USE VARIANCE:
