Grind With Purpose is a non-profit organization that was born out of a belief that everyone deserves an opportunity to thrive. We are more than just a coffee shop. We are a community space dedicated to empowering adults with disabilities through meaningful employment and skill development. Grind With Purpose is creating a place where inclusion, dignity, and purpose are not just values they're lived out every day, one cup of coffee at a time.

Mission

To empower individuals with disabilities through meaningful employment, community connection, and personal growth. All while serving high-quality coffee in an inclusive and welcoming space.

Vision

To build a world where individuals with disabilities are fully included, valued, and empowered in their workplaces and communities. We envision Grind With Purpose cafe on the west side of Chicago, creating ripple effects of opportunity, awareness, and belonging.

Seeking Donations & Capital Investment

We are currently raising capital to build out our first physical location. This café will not only serve premium coffee but will also serve as a job training and employment site designed specifically for adults with disabilities. There is a significant opportunity gap in employment for this population, and your support directly helps us close it.
