I'm going to celebrate my 41st birthday by running a MARATHON (42 kilometres) to raise funds for Clarence Climate Action! 

 

Have you ever felt overwhelmed by climate change or powerless in being able to influence its impacts on a national or global scale? I know I have! 

 

Clarence Climate Action members feel the same – and are doing something about it! They support our community with knowledge, skills and connections to help inspire positive climate solutions. 

 

I want this group to continue doing the great work they do. Therefore, all funds raised will go towards their engagement and awareness-raising activities such as the Community Expo, workshops, public talks, promotional materials, market stalls and other community projects. 

 

I will be running on SATURDAY JULY 30th from Geilston Bay to Tranmere (and back). I'D LOVE FOR PEOPLE TO JOIN ME on the run, either for a short section or the entire thing! I'll be quick to start and slow to finish so you can pick a section based on speed. If you're interested, please let me know! Otherwise, just come along to cheer me on!
