I have entered the Power of Women powerlifting competition, which will be held in Melbourne at the Girls Who Lift HQ gym on 18 October 2025. This event is a major women-only powerlifting competition, showcasing female lifters competing in the powerlifting disciplines of the squat, bench press, and deadlift. The event is a platform for women to compete, gain confidence, and connect within the powerlifting community.

The profits from this competition will go towards breast cancer research and charities like the Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA). The event is a fully sanctioned competition held in October, the same month as breast cancer awareness, and features supportive community vibes for female lifters of all levels.
