<div>I have entered the Power of Women powerlifting competition, which will be held in Melbourne at the Girls Who Lift HQ gym on 18 October 2025. This event is a major women-only powerlifting competition, showcasing female lifters competing in the powerlifting disciplines of the squat, bench press, and deadlift. The event is a platform for women to compete, gain confidence, and connect within the powerlifting community.

<div>The profits from this competition will go towards breast cancer research and charities like the Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA). The event is a fully sanctioned competition held in October, the same month as breast cancer awareness, and features supportive community vibes for female lifters of all levels.
