Breaking Barriers: 92km (57mile) Run for Men’s Mental Health

Donation protected
This October, Myself and Dara are taking on the G2E Ultra Marathon event – a 92km (57-mile) race from Glasgow to Edinburgh – to raise funds for men's mental health. This challenge is more than just a test of fitness, it will be a test of both physical and mental resilience.

Men often face unique challenges when it comes to mental health, and the statistics are staggering. In the UK, suicide remains the leading cause of death among men under 50. By participating in this event, we aim to raise awareness and funds to support organisations dedicated to men's mental health.

Your generous donations will go directly to Men With Issues (MWI), these guys are doing phenomenal work and we would like to give something back. All donations will support and enable them to continue to provide vital services such as counselling, support groups, and outreach programs. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to our goal.

We are incredibly grateful for your support and encouragement. Together, we can make a lasting impact and show that no one has to face their struggles alone.
